I’ve begun a new series of Business Video Basics videos. First one is up on YouTube now and is about making custom Final Cut Pro X titles in Motion 5. Sometimes you just don’t want to be like everyone else that is using the built-in FCP X titles. Other times you need something more specific to your project. I show you how to make a simple title that flies the title in along a curve while pushing some autumn leaves into the frame and letting them flutter down and off the bottom of the screen. The idea isn’t to build an award winning title. I wanted to show the very basics of making something a little different than the stock titles and make Motion more approachable for new users. I hope it proves valuable to you.
Don’t forget to subscribe to my newsletters here on the site and to subscribe to my YouTube channel so you will know when the next videos in this series are available. If you have special requests for new tutorials related to making basic business videos please let me know and I’ll try to prioritize my next projects accordingly.
